Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Peppermayo finds, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached and free from any makeup or deodorant marks.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your return items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit via email within 5-7 business days.
